Where's my order?

All orders are tracked, so if you're wondering where your order is, check the email you received when your order was dispatched, it will contain your tracking code.

Do you ship world wide?

Yes we do, we deliver to most countries, although some products are not available to the US. This is due to the US administration recently opting to impose additional duties and taxes on international deliveries. This meant the cost to deliver within the US (the final mile), from countries outside of the US, increased by over 100%. This cost was simply too much to absorb and so our international service is currently unavailable for our US customers, on products other than our seeds.

How will my seeds be posted?

Your seeds will arrive well protected. The seeds themselves are a form of protection for the plant cells that grow, but we go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. We use hand sealed kraft envelopes to ensure low light and moisture intrusion so that your seeds will germinate when you plant them and not before. Your order will also be posted in a protective envelope or box (where appropriate) and we've sourced the majority of our packaging to use 100% recycled or sustainably sourced card board / paper fibre.
