Pak Choi - Red (Approx 70) in a hand sealed kraft envelope.
Red Pak Choi is similar to its greener relatives, but has maroon hue to its leaves. It's a small clump forming vegetable originating from Asia. It’s perfect for salads, sandwiches, stir fry’s and can be eaten straight from the plant or gently cooked.
Growing Tips:Grows quickly, providing the right conditions are provided. So early Spring - early Autumn and within 4 - 6 weeks you’ll be able to harvest.
For a longer harvesting window, plant your seeds in stages, about 15-20 days days apart or shorter/longer, depending on quantity and usage.
Keep well watered if planting under glass, but do not allow for the soil to become consistently soaked. This can cause mould, hinder root development and be detremental to the plants health.
